Autumn...
1/2 term over & we are onto the the march towards the next big milestone - Christmas ! The decorations are already in the shops but before we get there we mustn't forget Autumn....a great time of year so so often overlooked. A miserable summer has provided us with a spectacular autumn, everything looks magnificent in the Trossachs, so why not have a weekend away in the countryside & enjoy the season of mist & mellow fruitfulness.

Autumn is on its way ???
It REALLY does feel a bit wintery after a remarkably wet bank holiday. We are starting to think about chopping logs to feed our new cosy wood burning stoves. So why don't you make plans for a break to see the spectacular autumn colours in the National Park. Bring your dogs too & explore the fantastic forests & woodlands in the Trossachs.

now the olympics is over
Take some time away from the television or the millions of people at the Stadium & have a real break before summer is over. The quiet, rural surroundings of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park provide the ideal break: have picnics, look at the scenery, walk up hills (& down !), ride a bike, swim in a loch, go fishing, go to highland games, eat a smokie, try haggis, have a dram.......just to name some of things you could do !!
